All goods delivered in the UK are dispatched Monday - Friday (excl Bank Holidays).
Delivery charge is £4.40 or free for orders of £25 or more. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day although during extremely busy periods, it may take an extra day or so to despatch your order.
You have the right to cancel any goods ordered prior to despatch. A full refund will be given.
If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please contact us by calling 01933 680119 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer.
Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, please ensure you return them to us within 14 days. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
When returning goods please include your invoice or email confirmation so that we can identify who the parcel is from.
Please email or call us before returning items so that we know whether you require a refund or replacement goods.
Please note that patterns, books, cut trims and cut fabrics are non-refundable.

If you have asked for a refund, we will process this as soon as possible, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.
If you have asked for an exchange, we will despatch the replacement items that you have requested within one working day providing that the returned items are in a saleable condition. If your replacement items are of a different value we will contact you to arrange the payment balance.
